2018, digital print on fabric, appliqué

A photograph is printed, sculpted, and re-photographed. The people, as the original subjects, are placed within a new dimension which is both unreal and tactile through the textile print that is created. A layer of appliqué, applied onto the black and white print, as bold blocks of colour, leads the viewer to focus on contrasts and the textured, tangiblity of this series.
